We are certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 under Product Class I, proving that our products meet the human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for baby articles.  We fulfil the requirements of the existing European legislation regarding the use of azo-dyes.

Sheeting Fabrics

Arumuga offers world class quality of sheeting fabrics in 100% cotton, poly cotton, poly viscose in grey, bleached, dyed and printed forms. About 600,000 linear meters of fabrics a month are being woven from 176 wider width sulzer projectile weaving machines with a maximum width of 153”. The west point slasher warping and sizing machines are only one of its kind in India. Full width sized beams are good to maintain uniform tension in the sized yarn and to avoid shade variation in the fabric unlike double beams.

176 wider width looms under one roof is a specialty of this site. With 30 inspection tables, each and every meter of the fabric being woven are carefully inspected twice, one on the face and other on the back sides. We weave constructions ranging from 100 Tc to 400 Tc using yarn counts of Ne 20^S to 120^S. Plain, percale, satin / sateen, reverse satin, weft mixing, stripes, herring bone, twill, yarn dyed, checks, half panama and other weaves are woven. Cam, dobby and centre tucking mechanisms are available.

Processing

With continuous / batch processes, we offer optical bleaching, mercerization, reactive dyeing in light, medium & dark shades with singeing and sanforizing. We offer 12 color pigment printing with repeat size of 640 mm, 820 mm and 914 mm. Screens are engraved digitally using high beam laser technology. Any complicated designs can be printed with the help of our experienced designers. Our printing is a continuous printing process.

Home Textiles & Garments

We offer bleached, dyed and printed bed sheets, pillow covers, duvets, table cloths, window screens in various sizes and measurements as per the customers’ requirements catering to direct consumers, institutions, hotels and hospitals. In garments, we offer the following.

• Men outer wear such shirts, trousers, evening / night wear
• Women outer wear such as shirts, trousers, evening / night wear and lingerie
• Children outer wear

Our other products includes textile shopping bags, doctors / lab technicians coats, workman wear, sofa cloths, textile caps, mosquito nets in gauze fabrics, etc.
